A structured, supported path from enquiry to production. Here's what to expect when you integrate with the Embed platform.
Explore the API's
Use our API selection tool to find the most suitable route for your integration needs. Review the details for the API and consider if it meets the needs of your project.
Submit your Enquiry
Use the enquiry submission to share with Embed the details of your project and the API you would like access to. It would also be helpful to use the "Initial Questions" field to share any questions you have based on your reviews of the documentation.
Enquiry Review
Embed will review your enquiry and provide an initial approval to proceed. We will also request a meeting if further details are required, OR we will engage to setup a meeting to go through your initial questions.
Please note that Embed reserves the right to decline integration requests at its discretion.
Development

Certification
To complete your integration with Embed and one of our API's, you will be required to provide documentation on your work that includes available functionality, setup and configuration details and support contact. You will also need to provide JSON detail of the calls made and the examples of the response to each call you received.
Please note that this step is not required for Central Reports (CR2) integrations.
Embed Notice of Certification
Embed will provide an email that your certification is successful and we will complete steps on our internal systems to ensure that operators of Embed locations can access the integration when requested.
